In my opinion Marco is not a common headunter. During the selection I felt that he was working for the interest of both parties, to reach the satisfaction of the company and also of the candidate. He investigated companie’s needings and he was able to communicate it to me and he was always in touch whit me giving feedback and planning next step. This is the first time I feel like a customer during a recruiting process, and I liked it.
